Unfortunately this is something that you can’t do at server/exchange level with exchange, third party apps may be able to help else it’ll have to be done at client/outlook level.

hi . i am running a exchange 2010 server in a corperate business . i have problem with the hub rule . if i sent a mail to a person it works fine and he reply on the mail and i reply again my signature apears at the bottom of the email , not above the original text , is there a way to fix that on exchange 2010 . this is very urgent . No, but the old domain is still active. Figure the new domain is just the new front facing domain. Will get around to making google use the new domain sometime..

I suppose you are correct, I am unaware of how you would get around this…

However though, do you need to include a disclaimer/advertisement on a reply? If replying you’re likely to be contacting the correct receiver and attaching it multiple times is effectively using extra mailbox space in the receiver’s mailbox…
